It's the final of the crazy golf championship, using crazy golf rules where all players balls are in play at the same time (or until they're holed), rather than the standard minigolf rules of one player at a time.

It's a little twist thats added to the final to make it unique and add an extra dimension to the play.

Actually also in golf the playing group have their balls in play at the same time, but it feels less dramatic when the playing area is 10,000 square meters.

However, in golf we mark our ball with a coin on the putting surface if it is in line with another player's ball. The 'stymie' rule was abandoned long ago by the USGA and the R & A.
