The Belgium team started the home match against the Netherlands with a big win in the 44th version of the 'clash of the Lower Countries'.

Both on the womens side as on the mens side the teams of Belgium were a lot better. The ladies are leading with a 24 shot difference as the mens lead is 75 shots.

Best female player was Greta Janssens, the senior player from Belgium ended the day with a score of 98, 9 shots ahead of Marga Huisman from the Netherlands.

Best male players were Michael Petit and Pascal Hansen from Belgium and Rene Bos from the Netherlands with 97 shots. They were closely followed by Johan Spinnoy (Belgium)

The return of the match will be played at the 20th of March 2011 on the courses of MGC De Vrije Slag in Wageningen.
