Our public voters and expert voters were unanimous about the question, who are the four best female minigolfers of the world in the 2011 season:

Bianca Zodrow of Germany is appreciated as Female Player of the Year 2011 by our voters, after a gold (matchplay) and silver (strokeplay) at World Championships 2011, and a silver at German Championships 2011.

The second most respected female player of the 2011 season is Stefanie Kern (Germany), who won strokeplay gold at World Championships, was 5th in matchplay, and 4th at German Championships.

The third best female player of the 2011 season, according to our voters, was Karin Heschl of Austria, who held the number 1 spot in WMF ranking at the end of year 2011, and took strokeplay bronze at World Championships, plus a strokeplay bronze at Austrian Championships 2011.

The fourth member of women’s Minigolf Dream Team 2011, according to our voters, is Eva Andersson of Sweden, who took matchplay silver at World Championships 2011, was 3rd best female player at Nations Cup 2011, and 4th at Swedish Championships 2011.

The expert vote included these persons: Pasi Aho (FIN), André Campos (POR), Erik Gustavsson (SWE), Manfred Lindmayr (AUT), Paolo Porta (ITA), Claudio Santopietro (ITA), Michael Smith (GBR), Petra Szablikowski (GER), Erik Tiekstra (NED), Lubomir Zontag (SVK).
