First Adventure Golf Course in Czech Republic

Czech Republic 07 Apr 2009 at 09:40 | Published by: Hans | Views: 9637 | News search

First Adventure Golf Course in Czech Republic This spring the first Adventure Golf Course in the Czech Republic is opened. The course is owned and driven by Jan (Honza) Prokop with his family, friends and some sponsors to his daughter Olivia Prokopova.

Jan and Olivia is planning for a 2010 Czech Open. This would be in "American" rules meaning just "one golf ball" Jan is adding.

The course is build by local workers but according to an American Adventure Golf company's directive and drawings. Its a 18 hole course and Jan hopes it will be high competition standard.

The course is located in Horni Bezdekov a 20 minutes car ride from Prague. The course has also a cafeteria in Canadian log style and Olivia will act as instructor to the visitors on the course.

Top notch and even "a cafeteria in Canadian log style". What more could you want? ;)
Good luck to the Prokop family!

We have water barriers, as well as stones and the like ... I will send photos in May.

A very nice style (and very expensive to build).

The course looks very "par 2" in the photo. I would add some stones in the playing line of each lane, to make narrow and risky passages.

Nice looking course! This is how they should all look! ;)
Good luck Jan & looking forward to the 2010 Open!
