150 shots of Vallespir - France

France 12 May 2009 at 16:33 | Published by: phil | Views: 4226 | News search

150 shots of Vallespir - France This weekend, the 8th edition of the « 150 shots of Vallespir » took place in Arles sur Tech, on the MOS course of Bahia Club.

The weather was beautiful at the beginning of the tournament and a summer temperature was present during all the tournament.

The goal of this competition is to play the highest number of lanes shooting only 150 shots.

After his victory last year, Jean-Pierre Gonthier (Béarn CGP) won another time with 92 lanes. Joseph Sanchez (US Torreilles MG) took the second place with 84 lanes. Jean-Pierre Gonthier and Joseph Sanchez will be in Lamego (Portugal) this summer to represent the French minigolf at the SEM2009. The third place was for Alain Casadessus (Bahia Club GP) with 83 lanes.

The next national tournament will take place in Niederbronn-les-Bains the 17th of May. The course in Niederbronn-les-Bains is a royal felt course but with the WMF classification, it’s a MOS course because one of the lane is not in the international rulebook.
