Russian grand old man Sergey Chernitsyn was close to making a rare green average score in Russia, as he won the second part of Russian Cup 2009 with average 25.17 at Green City eternite course in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. (The previous competition at this same minigolf course one month ago was less prestigious, as all players in the competition landed on black total score.)
Sergey Kovilyaev and Kirill Teterev played the second best score in this tournament, both of them with average 26.67. Yet two more players reached a non-black total score: Viktor Zhabin (27.50) and Konstantin Rukovishnikov (28.33).
Female players were not in the best possible form at the tournament: Natalia Machehina was best with average 34.00, Tatiana Selivanova second best with average 34.67, and Yekaterina Amineva third best with average 39.33. » resuts of the competition » photo of Green City eternite course in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast
