In some countries the players haven't even come out of their wintersleep yet. In the Netherlands the Dutch seniors already held a special tournament to decide who will be playing at the Senior European Championships 2010 in Cheb (Czech Republic).

In Ridderkerk 15 male players tried their best to be selected for the team. The tournament was won with a big difference by Roel Groenhuijsen (154) followed by Wim Hulscher and Jan Engels.
