In the mens catagory Alex Jasper (Dormagen-Brechten) started with a round of 20 strokes just before Remon Verveer from de Hole Ridders with 21. Already during the second round Remon Verveer took the lead and would not give that away anymore. After the first day Remon Verveer lead with 120 strokes before Rene Bos (Geldrop) with 121 strokes and defending champion Andre van Vliet (Appelscha) with 123 strokes. Big favorite Alex Jasper ended on the fourth place with 126 strokes.
