We asked our website visitors to vote their favourite player of the year 2010. In addition to this public vote, we also asked some minigolf experts from different countries to nominate the best minigolf players of year 2010.

No player was able to impress the whole minigolf world universally in 2010: the first place in the public vote went to Carl-Johan Ryner (Sweden), while the expert voters respected Marcel Noack (Germany) as the best player of the season. When the results of these two votes are combined, the first place goes to Walter Erlbruch (Germany) with 9,49% of votes, second place to Marcel Noack (9,47%), and third place to Erik Tiekstra of Netherlands (9,1%).

Minigolf Dream Team 2010 includes Walter Erlbruch (GER), Marcel Noack (GER), Erik Tiekstra (NED), Alexander Geist (GER) and Harald Erlbruch (GER). The two last places in the Dream Team go in the opinion of our public voters to Carl-Johan Ryner (SWE) and Omar Maggi (SUI), and in the opinion of the expert voters to Achim Braungart-Zink (GER) and Rupert Westenthaler (AUT).

The expert vote included these persons: Erik Gustavsson (SWE), Jan Strandberg (SWE), Michael Neuland (GER), Claudio Santopietro (ITA), Paolo Porta (ITA), Pasi Aho (FIN), Leif Meitilberg (DEN), Honza Prokop (CZE), Petra Szablikowski (GER), Jan Pergl (CZE), Manfred Lindmayr (AUT).
