Rhyn and Wicki are the new Swiss Champions

Michel Rhyn and Maja Wicki are the new Swiss Champions. They both won with wide margins at the tournament played last weekend on eternit in Matzingen.

The tournament was held on a though eternit course in under sunny skies. Best of all in the tournament was Michel Rhyn, MC Olten, with an 22,2 average. He won the mens clas with a 7 strokes margin over Hardenbergs Mike Mann. Bronze medalist was Neuendorfs Mario Kurt.

In the ladies class most of the Swiss stars was present and best of them all was Maja Wicki, Effretikon, who won with a wide 10 strokes margin with an average of 23,0. In silver position was her team mate Rebecca Weber and bronze was given to Yvonne Klukas.

In the other clases the winners where:

Youth boys: Lars Anderegg, MC Burgdorf, 24,7
Junior girls: Nadine Jürgens, MC Effretikon , 26,6
Junior boys: Kai Lödding, MC Eichholz Gerlafingen, 23,2
Oldtimers ladies: Esther Wicki, MC Effretikon, 23,9
Oldtimers men: Reinhard Zengaffinen, MC Rhone, 23,4
