Henry IV tournament in Lons

Last week-end, it was the first tournament of the year in the south-west part of France. In this part of France, the course are mainly concrete 80% classified as MOS by the WMF system.
On his own course, the victory was for Jean-Pierre Gonthier (Béarn CGP) with 6 red rounds (average 32.500). The second place was for Daniel Limouzi (Béarn CGP) only one point behind Jean-Pierre (average 32.667) and the third place for Lucien Garcia (Béarn CGP) 11 points behind Daniel Limouzi. The top senior players was present in the béarn for this competition under a beautiful sun, whereas the elite players was absent due to the long travel to go on this part of France.
Jean-Pierre Gonthier and Lucien Garcia will play the senior nations cup at the end of the month in lamego and they will play again in august the senior european championships in Portugal.
