Martina Danner of Austria won our public vote, and was second in the expert vote, for Female Junior Player of the Year 2010. Anne Bollrich of Germany was second in the public vote and first in the expert vote. When these two votes are combined, Danner gets 12,95% of the votes and Bollrich gets 12,55% of the votes.

Our public voters respected also Olivia Prokopová (Czech Republic) into the Dream Team of top four players, after some huge successes at American competitions (2nd at US Masters 2010 and at Putt-Putt US Championships 2010). Lina Liljegren of Sweden took the fourth place in Dream Team 2010 in our public vote.

The expert voters respected Lara Jehle (Austria) as the third best player of the year, and Jasmin Ehm (Germany) as the fourth best Dream Team player of the year 2010.

The expert vote included these persons: Jan Strandberg (SWE), Michael Neuland (GER), Claudio Santopietro (ITA), Paolo Porta (ITA), Pasi Aho (FIN), Peter Sørensen (DEN), Honza Prokop (CZE), Petra Szablikowski (GER), Jan Pergl (CZE), Manfred Lindmayr (AUT).

Olaavssen would have been a good measuring stick when he played all types of minigolf on world top level. The problem in using Olivia as a measuring stick is the fact that she does not play F, E or B on world top level. It produces more questions than answers to people who try to estimate the toughness of American and European competitions from her results in Europe and in USA.

indeed difficult to say, since no one is really playing regurlarly in WMF events together with USPMGA, BMGA and/or PPA events.
I think Hans Olofsson might have the widest experience on different tournaments, but also he is not much playing anymore.
And from Hans, also I have heard that the skill level in PPA events is really high! So this why I think that no one on this board really knows how well Olivia played last year.

Well neither do I or anyone else, since it is really difficult to compare these tournaments. Rarely there are same players playing.

Actually.. Olivia might have been the best person for this expert board!! :)

@Jouni:

It would be fun to hear who this one MOS expert is, who excludes all others from being MOS experts.

Only one expert on the board with experience on MOS tournaments! And especially on the PPA Nationals!

well... I'm not complaining, but I felt the need to say this.

Anyways... Congrats for the Dream Team players!
